【高速道路新料金】無料開放、6月28日午前0時から（レスポンス）

前原国交相は、2010年度の高速道路無料化社会実験を6月28日午前0時から開始するとした。15日の閣議後会見で発表した。

高速道路の無料化社会実験は、首都高速と阪神高速を除く全国37路線1626kmでスタート。対象区間ではETC・現金車問わず、全車種無料で通行できる。

また、2010年度中に供用を開始する東九州自動車道の一部26kmについても、供用と同時に無料化区間となる。追加対象区間となるのは、7月供用予定の高鍋〜西都間12kmと、12月供用予定の門川〜日向間14km。

首都高速と阪神高速を除く全国の高速道路の無料化社会実験区間は、すでに無料で供用中の高速道路を含めると、全体の約30％に及ぶ。

2010年度末の見込みで、無料化区間は1652km。無料供用中区間は1145km。そのほか有料区間は7227kmとなる。

前原国交相はこの社会実験で「高速道路や一般道路の交通量、渋滞等の変化を計測するため、実験開始で全国調査を実施。地域経済への効果、他の交通機関への影響等について調査・分析を実施する」と、話した。

The ramen incident: I have decided to remain anonymous to protect my identity from the foolishness. last night, I became hungry and decided to make some ramen.
